The Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 features a warm weather tread compound designed for confident control through superior road-gripping traction.
This compound is combined with lightweight construction and molded into an asymmetric tread design fabricated to reduce noise. It features a solid center rib for responsive steering and solid on-center feel, while the overall footprint of the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 has been engineered to maximize rubber-to-road contact for spirited acceleration and braking. A flexible tread compound makes the most of that contact during wet-weather driving, while four wide-circumferential grooves displace standing water for hydroplaning resistance.
The internal structure of the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 includes a body of polyester cord supporting twin steel belts reinforced with spirally wrapped polyamide to enhance tread stability and high-speed capability.
